Interview with a young Polish yogi - White Flame.

"When you're standing barefoot on the earth, your desires and your life aspirations change. You will look at the world differently. You begin to feel the unity of life and the pulsing of the whole universe within you". - White Flame (Samuel)

My road to inedia

I recently interviewed a very interesting young man and, to be honest, I admire him. From the first meeting "The White Flame", because that's who I'm refering to, aroused in me a great interest. Not just because, even in winter, he walks barefoot, but because he leads a life so different than the rest of society ... I saw passion and authenticity in what he does .... I saw his burning, firey spark, the White Flame.

The man I interviewed was Samuel known as White Flame.

Krystyna: Please, introduce yourself.

Samuel: Hey there. I’m Samuel and I’m the author of few blogs on the Internet around the topics of pranic
nourishment and healing with fire. I’m just a normal guy, who dedicated his life to yoga and mind
purification practices. From my education level – I’m a musician and a composer.

K: Your new name „White Flame", why and what does it mean?

S: That nick name isn’t really new, I’m using it for about 10 years or so.
I don’t remember exactly when I used it for the first time. I remembered once that when I was about 17 years old, I had a dream of an older woman, probably a Master, asked me: “have you ever seen the white flame”, then I forgot completely about this dream, and I remembered years later when I was already using this nick. For me it is an American Indians name, a shamans name, that exactly matches to what I do in life, it is just perfect one for me.
I heal, cleans myself and others with fire, candles, fire is one of my basic and fundamental medications, which lift me up back on my own feet straight in life after a series of traumas and some other people as well.
Flame – means the fire, White – means using it for sacred and spiritual purposes (like shifting our consciousness and deepening our meditation) and healing.
The White Flame doesn’t do much in life, it just is there and burns calmly and tries to lights up some darkness around, burns the evil around, which was my wish to do so, I have been placed on earth to generate the Maharishi Effect, which means calming down the world through meditation and cleansing people. There are different invisible beings sometimes working through me, some times I only do things for my own  enlightenment, which achieving the state of Buddha is my most important aim . I believe that, cleansing one persons aura I really help a dozen or so people connected emotionally to that person, generating a domino effect in the society, it creates peace in families, greater relaxation in places of great tension. I try shifting
awareness of people to a more subtle level and less aggressive states.

K: What is Pranarianism?

S: I don’t really know if there is an officially existing word like that, rather not but it circulates around the web among some people. However it reflects exactly what I’m doing and that’s why I like to use it. Shortly speaking for me it is “ an ability to nourish the body with etheric energies (existing in the nature), absorbing them and converting them in the body, which can lead sometimes to life without the need of solid food”. But I promote prana absorption techniques indifferently if someone eats or not. Prana is the key, not the “not eating” called inedia. That’s only my personal definition, everyone has his own different one.
A very popular name relating to his topic is the word “breatharianism”, which I don’t really like as it
is very misguiding and doesn’t contain the essence what it should have, a part somehow relating
it to prana, and prana we absorb from the environment in different ways not only through air, the
“breath” in the word and breathing process, and definitely the techniques which I use are not only
breathing techniques (so called pranayamas). The topic is much more wider than that. It is not
only living on air!
Another name for this phenomenon is “Living On Light” or “Living In Light” and here we have an
imprecision . Some people associate living on light with living on sunlight and sun gazing and
some with living on spiritual “liquid light”, the HOLY SPIRIT which is something different than the
sun and etheric energies existing in the nature. So if we think of living on the sun, it is equal to
pranarianism or at least one of it’s elements, as sun gazing is one of our feeding techniques. If
we think of channelling down energy from spiritual sources, different higher dimensions, that is
something different. In Huna, the energy in the nature is called MANA, and the spiritual energy
MANA MANA. The difference is like in the Bible, SPIRIT of the nature and HOLY SPIRIT of GOD
send down to us from the heavens. I practice both methods, but recently I started to concentrate
more on feeding myself like a plant, including absorbing the energy from the sun, air, earth and
other plants/trees too, which hasn’t been really presented yet publicly properly.

K: Bear footing...

S: Walking bear feet is one of the conditions the techniques I describe to work properly and a beautiful natural experience. It is the most natural thing for our body, for me shoes are almost a crime for our bodies, because their gum sole isolated the body for the earth electromagnetic field which often leads to different kind of sicknesses. Bear foot walking unifies us with the earth and makes our mind/brain function much better and is fundamental for energy feeding. If you don’t have the conditions to walk bear feet, nourishing with prana will never be proper and we’ll feel discomfort.

K: Do you always live on prana?

S: Paradoxically no, and that is also my principle – no strict discipline!!! I once wanted it like that ,
but I understood that it’s not the proper way. Why? It is logical. Every type of feeding the body,
activates different organs for it. Contrarily to a typical human being who strains his digestive
system and stomach eating at least 3 times per day a heavy mix of different stuff, that saying it
simply – makes him sick, and leading to the atrophy of all pranic abilities totally, I try to use and
develop all the systems quite evenly. An average person has a huge part of his brain blocked, the
most subtle canals are slimed because of overeating and lack of fasting in modern culture. The
whole body is destabilised because of eating. But you can also strain the organs responsible for
pranic nourishment as well, if you use only them, so it good to use the stomach from time to time.
Maybe once per week, or per month for example.
People who totally left eating for pranic nourishment, had their stomach shrink completely, and I
have also experienced that myself. It’s a very funny feeling when you feel as if you didn’t have a
stomach :) But I like my stomach, and I will use it from time to time. It is part of this experience on
earth, of human body experience. I have the right to use it, whenever I want to experience the
taste of different foods, sweetness of fruits etc. But I don’t strain it!! When I eat, I make it simple
for the body: I eat mono-type foods at one time, I don’t mix, I don’t join to many substances in
one meal, just one, no spices to cheat the body to put worthless unfresh crap into it. I don’t make
the digesting process hard for the body, I don’t overload it with different chemical rubbish, just
mostly fruits in their natural fresh form guided by intuition.
When I’ll lose the interest in experiencing tasting here on earth, I may move my consciousness to
a different body, similar to a so called gray who doesn’t have a digestive system and doesn’t eat.
A different thing is that I exist in a human society, and people do eat, they eat all the time, and the
whole living is constructed on the base of eating. When I stop eating, I lose connection to people,
I lose interest in this world, my mind floats away somewhere else, I enter a different mind wave
frequency. Unfortunately, on my level of evolution, my survival in this world is based on
connections with people and there is always some business to do. When I meditate in isolation, I
chose to feed with prana, because I have a brighter mind then and a better connection to myself
and for example a chance to heal something in my body through detoxification.

K: How does your feeding life style look like when you’re not living on prana?

S: Because I practice meditation, mainly at home, and not in the forest like Buddha ( also in a
different climate) it cancels my chances of nourishing with energy constantly. When I’m in the
bush, for example in a tropical climate, feeding with energy becomes really easy and simple, and
just comes naturally without any programming or so. Then I have a lot of energy. For example: 2
weeks without any food, walking 10km on sand bear feet, carrying a really heavy bag, not feeling
tired just enjoying really the walk in the suns heat, not really sweating, no thirst. Full connection
with the earth, feeling of unity with everything. Just joy.

 I did practice living totally on divine-spiritual energy, closing myself totally for the nature, and it allowed me to for example: a whole month to work 8 hours a day in a very busy office environment among lots of people, without starring at the sun as I didn’t have time for that, (walking out of home before sunrise, and getting back after sunset), without any hunger, without barefoot walking, sometimes lifting heavy objects, without being weak. But I did feel I was straining a part of my body and I felt discomfort with that. My body didn’t call for food, I wasn’t hungry at all, but it started to beg me to shut down that part at the top of my head/brain that was responsible for the converting the energy and hugely opened and grew. I felt as if I had a gigantic cone above my head and it was beautiful in some sort of way. It was a strain and I learned a lot through this experience. I ate some fruits, the brain shut down ( I literally saw the 7th chakra close down) to a relief to me as the pain of overusing went away, as if I
had run a marathon, and the cone disappeared. If I do this technique again when there is no sun for a longer time, the cone appears again.

- this image shows what I mean, the shape above the head, this is a reality, after a longer time of
divine nourishment in our aura we can observe such shape.
So, if I have a normal life at home, writing for several hours on the computer in a closed room –
which in fact leads the body to shut down the chakras and the absorption of energy from the
nature activating the stomach more, I try to live a way like this:

- in the morning – a session/ meditation, channelling the divine energy, that is my breakfast and
most important food ever, after which I feel well and feel love to everything, love is also
nourishment. I also spend many hours on purification stuff

- some times if the weather is nice and I get up early and then it looks different.
I do watch the sunrise for about 45 min. If not, it maybe the sun set, at least an hour on fresh air
searching for the sun. Sun is very important for me and keeps me in balance. I try to undress
myself to get half naked if possible, and I practice sun gazing bear feet naked. Exposing the skin
to sunlight, for me it is nourishment, we get energy through this. Looking at the sun is a beautiful
experience and gives me enthusiasm to work.
If there is no sun, I try to get the energy from practising qi gong exercises under trees, which also
works great, sometimes better than sun gazing.

- later, if I have a day outside, in the nature, for example working/ spending time in my tipi, that
would be enough for the day, and I rather won’t eat

- if I’m at home, I mean a solid wall building isolated from the earth, then I feel discomfort if I
spend there most of the day, I may start to eat some fruits and juices or nuts. That’s how it works
for me, everyone has it different ;)

Now important: - if I work with my mind, with a client or myself, if I do a past life regression for
example, pulling out heavy emotional content from the mind, some times from deep past, and I’m
going through experiencing heavy emotions, even very wild feeling, this may push me
sometimes to emotional eating, eating stuff which is actually resonating in that moment with those
emotions. Mind purification is always more important for me than my inedia or not. I don’t care if
then I allow myself to temporally eat as this also discharges and lets go of tension too, and is a
part of the cleansing process. It’s like Buddha eating rice to the surprise of his pupils. So if after
the session my body says: “I want a bread” or something I belief is even toxic, that I would
normally never eat, I will give that to it, because releasing pressure on myself is also therapeutic,
and I see this kind of way of releasing emotional mind content as done properly, and eating
something also may trigger a hidden part of a suppressed content of our subconsciousness which
gets dissolved through awareness (however I would never eat meat).
It is like smoking a cigarette to smother something in us temporarily. Working with mind
purification such situations do happen and it is quite normal for people to eat after regressions.
But it’s just emotional eating from not working out all of the topics in life yet and doesn’t last long.

- if I’m in the bushes, or forest or just in the nature somewhere, I usually try to take the full
advantage of it, from the opportunity to feed myself totally easily without any food supporting my
body detoxification this way, and so I rather don’t eat at all, without any symptoms hunger or
For me, all the written above, just sounds logical and doesn’t lead to straining anything in the

Sometimes it’s hard to come straight out and tell our friends how much we love and appreciate them. We might get choked up or embarrassed in the process, or we might fear we will embarrass them. Still, we all have those moments when we realize how fortunate we are to have the friends we have, and we may long to express our gratitude. Moreover, it may be of tremendous benefit to our friends to be at the receiving end of our appreciation. At times like these, writing a letter can help us say what we want to say without feeling self-conscious. Additionally, a letter gives your friend the space to really take in your expression of love and the gift of being able to return to it time and again.

As you sit down to write to your friend, take a moment to consider the qualities you most value in your friendship. It might be the fact that you always laugh when you talk or that you feel safe enough to confess your worst problems and always leave feeling better about everything. It might be the new ideas and experiences you’ve been exposed to throughout the course of your friendship. Whatever it is, really take the time to express to your friend their unique impact on your life. You don’t have to use big words or fancy metaphors; all you need to do is write from your heart and your friend will feel the love in the words.

Letters, which used to be somewhat common, are now rare. A handwritten letter makes a wonderful gift to be treasured always. You might simply send it or hand deliver it out of the blue. Whatever you choose, your letter will no doubt be received and treasured with a grateful heart.

Aging and the raw diet

Sure, aging is a natural fact of life, but who says you can’t look good while you do it? As you might have guessed, one of the best ways to counteract visible signs of aging is to take proper care of your skin. Aside from the obvious ways of keeping your skin looking young like keeping it moisturized, using a quality face cream, and protecting it from the sun, you may want to also consider the “raw diet”.

You are what you eat! While this may not literally be the case, you know very well what it means. The food you ingest into your body has a direct physical effect and in many cases also a psychological effect. Your skin is no exception to this rule.

Recently, celebrities Donna Karan and Carol Alt have endorsed the raw diet, bringing it into the public eye and causing it to rapidly grow in popularity. However, this isn’t some sort of self-depraving Hollywood diet. It’s simply a highly effective diet that focuses on overall health and well being, as well as anti-aging!

As the name implies, the raw diet consists mainly of raw foods. Ideal foods are those which have not undergone any processing and that have not been cooked. Organic foods should be used whenever possible.

14 Ways to Prevent Swine Flu

Don’t know whether or not to get the H1N1 vaccination? You might want to read some of these precautions before you sign up for the shot. If you’re opting for other ways to dodge the flu, here are 14 tips to boost your immunity and stay healthy this flu season.

1. Optimize your vitamin D level. Adequate levels of vitamin D are essential for our immune systems to function optimally. Unfortunately there are no significant dietary sources of vitamin D, most of our intake comes from exposure to sunlight. If you live far from the equator, you simply don’t get enough sun through Fall and Winter to make all the vitamin D you need. So unless you supplement during this period, your innate immunity will be compromised. vitamin D plays such a crucial role in so many aspects of your body’s functioning, that supplementing with it makes sense whether you decide to get the flu shot or not.

We know that influenza always gets worse during the winter months. Now there is good evidence to suggest that this is because as sunlight hours lessen during the winter, the people living in the northern hemisphere become vitamin D deficient and are susceptible to influenza infections of all kinds.

The current recommendations from the Food and Nutrition Board of the U.S. Institute of Medicine: from 200 to 600 IU/day depending on one’s age, are way too low.

These values were originally chosen because they were found to prevent osteomalacia (bone softening) and rickets. It is now recognized that vitamin D has many additional physiological functions, for which these levels are totally inadequate. A number of scientists are therefore calling for the Food and Nutrition Board in the U.S. and its counterparts abroad to reassess their current recommendations. Get your 25 hydroxy vitamin D level checked by your Doctor (if that is not an option, you can self test your level with ZRT labs)

Although the current normal range is between 20 and 50ng/ml, this is much too low for optimal health. You want your level to be between 50 and 70ng/ml.

This is the most important step you can take to prevent the flu! It may require a number of months taking 5,000 to 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily (especially during winter) under a doctor’s supervision, to optimize your blood level. Monitor your 25 hydroxy vitamin D status every three months until you are in the optimal range, then cut back to a maintenance dose of at least 2,000 IU a day.

2. Get adequate sleep. This is an indispensable requirement for a strong immune system.

3. Get adequate exercise. This keeps you robust.

4. Take actions to lower your stress levels.

Do breathing exercises, meditate, practice yoga, spend time doing something that makes you happy. Feeling spent, overwhelmed and or mentally run down has a causal relationship to your physical health.

No one would consider doing to a dog what some so casually do to fish—trick them into impaling themselves in the mouth and pull them into an environment where they can't breathe. But the fact is—fish feel pain just as all animals do.
When it comes to feelings, a child is a dog is a fish.
Sylvia Earle, one of the leading marine biologists and ocean explorers of our time, has spent thousands of hours diving and knows a thing or two about the denizens of the deep. “I never eat anyone I know personally,” says Earle. “I wouldn’t deliberately eat a grouper any more than I’d eat a cocker spaniel. They’re so good-natured, so curious. You know, fish really are sensitive, they have personalities, they hurt when they’re wounded.”Bass and basset hounds, cods and collies, all animals treasure their lives and feel pain.

Why do we throw a frisbee to some animals and a barbed hook to others?
Even when thrown back, fish are forced to endure a violent and frightening ordeal. Naturalist David Quammen has said: "I've had more and more trouble with catch-and-release fishing as time goes on. I've concluded that it's speciesist to tell ourselves it's a game to the fish. It's deadly mortal serious to them. These animals were hysterically fighting for survival ..."
Fishing is just as cruel as tossing Rover a biscuit on a hook and then reeling in the old boy. The only difference is that Rover is cute and cuddly. But don't let the scales and gills fool you: Those fish have feelings, too.

Tylenol May Cause Serious Liver Damage

If you take Tylenol for four days as directed you may be at risk of liver damage, says a new study.
Tylenol has been on the market for decades. Previous studies had shown that Tylenol in combination with hydrocodone caused liver damage - experts had thought the liver toxicity was associated with hydrocodone. This new study clearly shows that the Tylenol poses the risk, rather than the hydrocodone.

Researchers from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, USA, were surprised when they found out that the liver damage had nothing to do with the opiate (hydrocodone). They found a previously unrecognized but pretty remarkable effect of acetaminophen (Tylenol) alone when taken as directed for four days.

The scientists said that patients who really need Tylenol should not stop taking it. If they are concerned they should discuss their medication with their doctor before considering switching.

Tylenol is a popular painkiller taken by millions of people all over the world. It is an alternative to aspirin for people who are concerned about its gastrointestinal side-effects.

Our words have the power. We need to speak loving words of approval and acceptance, words that encourage, inspire and motivate.

"Don't do what I want you to do. Do what you want to do. Follow your own dreams".

Maybe you didn't do well at blessing your children as they were growing up. It's not too late. Start to do it now. Pick up the phone to call and encourage them, to tell them you are proud of them.

We need to be extremely careful about what we allow to come out of our mouths.
Words can't be taken back!
Once you speak them, they take on a life of their own.
We should never speak negative destructive words toward anybody.
It is important for a husband to understand that his words have tremendous power in his wife's life. He needs to bless her with his words. She's given her life to love and care for him, to partner with him, to create a family together, to nurture his children. If he always finding fault in something she's doing, always putting her down, he will reap horrendous problems in his marriage and in his life.
Many women today are depressed and feel emotionally abused because their husbands do not bless them with their words. One of the leading causes of emotional breakdowns among married women is the fact that women do not feel valued.
"Oh, my wife knows I love her", many said. "I don't need to tell her. I told her back when we got married forty years ago".
No, she needs to hear it again and again.
Every single day, a husband should tell his wife,
"I love you. I appreciate you. You're the best thing that ever happened to me".
A wife should do the same for her husband.
Your relationship would improve immensely if you'd simply start speaking kind, positive words, blessing your spouse insted of cursing him or her.
Very soon you'll see a miracle.
God is a miracle-working God.

Recreational fishing that involves catch-and-release may seem like just good fun, and that released fish go on to live happily ever after, but a recent study at the University of Illinois shows that improper handling techniques by anglers can increase the likelihood of released fish being caught by predators.
After the stress of the catch and lack of oxygen from being out of water, the fish is in a weakened state. When it eventually gets released back into the water, if fish haven't been handled properly, they are more likely to be caught by a predator.
A study on the effects of catch-and-release angling on bonefish which was conducted by a team led by University of Illinois researcher Cory Suski.
"Whenever a fish is caught and reeled in, it expends a lot of energy so that's one stressor," said Suski. Depending upon the skill of the angler, the catching can last a long time and put additional stress on the fish. When the fish is brought up on the deck or in the boat to measure and take a picture, it faces an additional challenge and cannot obtain enough oxygen, and the fish continues to accumulate physiological disturbances. "Our recommendation to catch-and-release sport anglers is that they minimize the time it takes to actually land the fish and take a picture, and then get it back into the water as soon as possible."

Got Allergies and Mucus?

If your kids suffer from chronic runny noses and sore throats, it might be time to dump the dairy. According to the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, cow’s milk is the number one-cause of food allergies in children. According to the former director of pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Frank Oski, there is evidence to indicate that up to half of U.S. children have some allergic reaction to milk. For these kids (and for adults who are allergic to dairy foods), milk is a mucus maker and can lead to persistent problems such as chronic coughs and sinus infections, asthma, and ear infections.
More and more physicians and dietitians realize that removing dairy products from the diet can be the solution to many childhood illnesses such as runny noses, constipation, colic, ear infections, and gas—and the list goes on.

According to a report published by the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology Committee on Adverse Reactions to Food (part of the National Institutes of Health),
the allergies of up to one third of children tested cleared after milk was removed from their diet.
Dr. Benjamin Spock, author of the world-famous book Baby and Child Care, wrote in 1998, "Cow’s milk is not recommended for a child when he is sick—or when he is well, for that matter. Dairy products may cause more mucus complications and cause more discomfort with upper respiratory infections."
In their book Allergies to Milk, Drs. Sami L. Bahna and Douglas C. Heiner report that children who are allergic to milk "may have breathing difficulty, particularly during sleep, or an irritating cough associated with a postnasal drip. … The cough is frequently associated with noisy breathing and excessive mucus in the throat, and sometimes parents worry that their child is ‘gagging.’ … Such affected children are frequently diagnosed as having upper respiratory infection, viral illness, bronchitis, … or pneumonia. Accordingly, they may be given unnecessary medications, including cough syrups, decongestants, or antibiotics. Relief, however, is not satisfactory until cow’s milk is eliminated from the diet.
"A 1997 report on food allergies in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that cow’s milk allergies tend to hit children in their infancies. Recommended therapies for food allergies include "strict removal of the offending allergen" or possibly a diet centered on human breast milk.
A British study found that 93 percent of children diagnosed with cow’s milk allergy experienced asthma and/or rhinitis when milk was included in their diet. (The book Asthma and Rhinitis states that rhinitis is "characterized by itching, sneezing, nasal blockage, and discharge.")
Frank Oski, M.D., the former director of the Department of Pediatrics of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and physician-in-chief of the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center, said in his 1992 book,
"The fact is: The drinking of cow milk has been linked to iron-deficiency anemia in infants and children; it has been named as the cause of cramps and diarrhea in much of the world’s population, and the cause of multiple forms of allergy as well."

You may have heard about people eating raw food and drinking juices to detoxify themselves but you may not know the ins and outs of why. The truth is, cooked food is considered as poison to the human body, in fact, every time we eat cooked food our white blood cells multiply to get rid of the invader! This process of white blood cell multiplication is known as digestive leucocytosis. Our bodies are not designed to eat cooked food and it has to be eliminated as quickly as possible or else stored in adipose tissue.
Human beings are frugivores and can only live healthfully on a diet primarily consisting of raw fruit, nuts and seeds and green leafy vegetables. Raw plant material is the only thing our bodies' recognise as food and eating this way is the only way to achieve maximum vitality and optimum health.
For many years we have been told that we must have lots of protein in our diet, or lots of calcium and, we are told, meat and animal products are our way of providing this. Actually, meat and animal products are the hardest things for the human body to digest and result in poor health, directly or indirectly. This is not only because they are cooked but also because the human body is not designed physiologically to consume flesh foods or flesh products. This means that the consumption of this type of food results in an inevitable putrefaction and the resultant poisonous by-products play havoc with our health. All cooked foods are classed as alien to us and the only way the human body can take in nutrients is when the food we eat is whole, raw and plant. This means that anything other than that is thought of as poison and the body tries to expel it or store it away to prevent it from causing harm. A diet consisting of mainly or solely raw food gives us ALL THE NUTRIENTS WE NEED and is all the body requires for its vital functioning.

Don't be fooled by the myths!
On switching to a raw food and juices diet many people have allowed their bodies to heal from life-threatening diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc. and have turned around the ageing process. (AS ME)

Scientists became interested in the fact that the Yakut people of Siberia in northern Russia live , on the average, for one hundred years. They do not have running water or well water; they eat very little fruits and vegetables; their diet is poor in general but they virtually never get sick.
The answer to the mystery turned out to be very simple. The Yakuts for centuries acquired their drining water by cutting ice and letting it melt in the sunshine.
We know that aging begins with wrinkles. Wrinkling happens when our body’s cells start to dry up.
One of the main causes of aging is our body’s inability to assimilate and process the water we consume.
To slow down the aging process, we should learn to prepare and use WATER from MELTED ICE.
Structured water can be prepared from any kind of water.
Pour water into a pot, cover the pot, put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours ( I put for all night), than take out and break the frozen surface. ( some people put this water one more in the freezer).
The water under the ice has the same structure as the water in our body’s cells.

Drinking only one glass of such water every morning on an empty stomach can significantly improve your mood and the way you look .

As part of the incredible intelligence of the human body, here are several systems that perform seemingly miraculous functions: the nervous system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, reproductive system, musculoskeletal system,


which is an integral part of the body’s defense system.

Our body is infinitely capable of defending and protecting itself. Our Creator thought of absolutely everything when making our bodies. God didn’t forget something as critically important and essential as a mechanism to protect against disease.

That is the defense system, erroneously referred to as the "immune system". It would be lovely if we could be made "immune", but it doesn’t work that way.
If we hold a loaded gun to our head and pull the trigger, there is no immunity to blowing our brains out. And there is no immunity to violating the laws of nature for years on and not having to pay the price for doing so. People have been convinced that they can live an an-healthy lifestyle, than run to the doctor for a pill or shot that will make everything okay, as if miraculously , all past transgressions can be swept away by some potion.
As far as preventing disease and creating vibrant health are concerned, our success depends on understanding the Lymph System, which is the heart and soul of the body’s defense mechanism.
The Lymph System is not at all complicated.
Toxins are a major contributing factor in the development of disease.
If toxins are allowed to build up and remain in the body, they will eventually cause harm to some degree, anything general aches and pains all the way to driving cells crazy.
If, however, they are removed from the body on a regular basis so that what is being build up is not allowed to exceed what is eliminated, your system will be kept sufficiently clean to prevent disease from ever getting started.

How fortunate we are that our bodies are equipped with such supreme intelligence.

Unhealthy lifestyle - civilization diseases.
Most of us eat too much, rather from habit than hunger. We are convinced in our childhood that we have to eat a few meals a day regardless of how we feel.
An old Tibetan teaches:

"Most people get ill for one of two reasons - overeating or hunger". As it turns out , we often use forks and spoons to dig our own graves.

The knowledge allowing us to use a correct diet is very important. It is not enough to prepare tasty meals; we need to know how properly nurture our body.
Our body is overwhelmed by the necessity to digest, process, and assimilate excessive amounts of food.
From what kind of food should we get our life energy ?

The kind that grows in the sunlight is the best source of energy for us. The sun is the universal energy source for every living organism. Nature gave plants the ability to absorb and accumulate sun energy that is later available for our use.

Nutrition influences not only our health but also our longevity.

I would like to add that diet based only on the calorie count is wrong from the physiological point of view. It is not the initial calorie content of the food that matters, but how much energy we actually obtain from it when it is digested.
Even though plant-based foods represent lower calorie content, net energy our body receives after their digestion is still higher. This is why a bowl of fruits makes us feel light and ready to do some work , but , in contrast, eating a portion of meat makes us feel going to sleep. We associate meat consumption with strength and energy. In reality, meat only stimulates our nervous system in similar way narcotics do.

The medication or hospital care cannot cure us from bad habits that result in the internal contamination of our body.
We should acquire the habit of looking after our health, and understand that we are the custodians of our bodies.

Disorders of our joints
Disorders of our joints and bones, back pain, chronic rheumatism, arthritis, podagra, etc., are caused by excess of uric acid in our body. We are going to safer in pain as long as its hard crystals are stuck in our bones and muscles. Those suffering from rheumatism or podagra have to understand : to get rid of pain they’ve been suffering from for years, they need to interrupt the process of uric acid formation and dissolve its deposits accumulated in joints and muscles. ( post about it - next year).
Podagra (Gout)
usually attacks joints in our great toes, less often in the thumbs. Excruciating gouty pains are the usual symptoms. Deposits of crystals cause pain, swelling, and redness in the joint area. Salts deposited by blood form growths that deform our joints and interfere with their mobility. If the deposit of acid keep growing, thick cement-like layers of salt cover the entire joints and prevent them from almost any movement.
Chronic rheumatism should be distinguished from acute rheumatism, which is a complication from cold or flu. Chronic rheumatism is related to podagra because both are the result of accumulated uric acid deposit. It seldom affects young people. Older people pay that price for all generous meals in their lifetime.
We can say that rheumatism is a mirror where our bad nutritional habits are reflected. Chronic rheumatism causes swellings and growths that look very much like those in podagra cases, but it isn’t as painful as podagra. Its causes is slow metabolism originating from excess of uric acid due to consuming products containing it, or consuming a lot of alcohol, coffee, tea, sweets and cigaretts.

It is waste accumulated in our body.
If our ability to discard that waste is deficient, the large intestine becomes a warehouse for all this filth. Self-poisoning (autotoxication) is the worst enemy of our health.
It is the cause of many disease because all of them begin in poisoned blood.
From the large intestine , it’s distributed to the whole body and forms unhealthy mucus. When the amount of toxic mucus becomes dangerous, our body tries to clean itself through the nose, and this becomes what we call common cold. As viruses and bacteria invade the mucus, they bring about inflammations and fever. These are facts that deserve some thought.
Ancient physicians and healers of Egypt and Tibet knew long ago the fundamental principle:
Good health requires maintaining our intestines in perfect order.
We know how to deal with complicated economic issues, how to use computers, or how to repair an electronic instrument with thousands of connections, but we cannot answer the simple question about the number of times we urinate in a day or about the color of our urine.
We need to watch the way our body functions and understand what is good and what is harmful for us.
This is the basic rule in good health maintenance.

Numerous researches have tried to identify and examine the evasive microbe that is supposed to cause common cold. As recently as in the 1940-ies the scientists explained the ineffectiveness of the research by the fact that the microbe is too small to be seen under the available microscopes. Later spectacular technical advances, including electron microscope, didn’t change the situation. Sophisticated optical equipment allowed the discovery of hundreds of new microorganisms, but none of them could be pinned down as the only cause of common cold.
Today, more than 200 different viruses are said to cause the symptoms of the common cold (rhinoviruses, coronaveruses, paramyxoviruses… the list goes on and on..)

Why can’t we identify the microbe that causes the common cold? - Because there is no such thing. Each of the suspected microorganisms is only feeding on the mucus produced in the bodysuffering from common cold. That mucus, resulting from wrong nutritional habits, is in the body all the time.

In the spring and fall seasons, the body starts cleaning itself of the excess amounts of mucus. That’s when germs show up and start dissolving and then destroying or removing the mucus, in effect helping us to clean up our body.

But what do we do then?

We take medications to get rid of the microbes. This way, we end up killing what is helping us and allowing the mucus to stay in our body. After some time, we get sick again either with common cold or influenza. The root of the problem remains the same, only this time a different kind of microorganism is feeding on the mucus.
Year after year in spring and fall seasons, epidemic numbers of people suffer from runny noses, bone aches, and other common cold symptoms. We have more and more medications intended to kill the microbes. The germs, tiny as they are, are not stupid. They want to live, and they find ways to become immune to our drugs. It doesn’t take a prophet to predict the result of such "wars". The stronger and more effective drugs we invent the more vicious microbes we have to deal with.
Who is the loser in this war? Our health is. All drugs, even those considered very safe, cause side effect.
